Hardness Testers

- (micro) Vickers Hardness testers Serie HM/HV : from small force testing suited for PCB's to high performance, high force testing for hard materials.

- Rockwell Hardness testers Series HR: Electric motor test-weight load, analogic, digital and electronic control..

- HARDMATIC Portable hardness testers: Impact type, digital and analogic for soft materials.

Mitutoyo Hardness Testers offer great variety on hardness test and measurement on any material or process.

On the Vickers scale, the HM/HV models are ideal for electronic components due to their low measuring force (from 98mN) through electromagnetic force control, whole the HV line boost great performance up to 294N

On the Rockwell scale, the HR series have either manual or motorized test load approach, while the HR-500 "Wizhard" allows also Brinell and Surface load secuence measurement.

The HARDMATIC series allow hardness analysis on soft material such as foam, rubber or plastics, and also harder materials that can't be measured at the lab or have to be measured at location.
