SPEEDIO S300X2 / S500X2 / S700X2 CNC Machining Center

The new Xd1 version of the popular "Speedio S" line increases the range of machining capabilities with the implementation of the new CNC-D00 control and a new 28-tool magazine increasing productivity and increasing the variety of parts that can be machined. Max. capacity load up to 400kg, max. tool weight of 4kg, max. X axis traverse capacity up to 700mm (S700Xd1), internal tool coolant (CTS), simultaneous axis movement system and high-speed Non-Stop ATC tool. BT-30 (P30T-2).

The improvements of the new Speedio S-Xd1 versions include all the functionality already known in the X2 version plus improved features, such as:

  • Highest acceleration in Z axis: 2.2G
  • High response servo motors; High-speed and high-precision synchronous tapping that achieves X/Y acceleration of 2.0/1.3G (with 150kg load).
  • Non-Stop ATC system and 15% faster tool change than the X2 version.
  • Improved original Brother control system for 3D machining.
  • Improvements in the evacuation of cutting chips.
  • Cyclone chip filtration system
  • High torque machining (optional) up to 92Nm/26.2kW and high speed spindle up to 27,000min-1
  • High rigidity structure

New improved control CNC-D00

  • New touch screen interface with quick access to relevant functions with improved visibility and useful on-screen accessories (notes, calculator, file viewer, etc).
  • Machine adjustment screen (setup), ATC adjustment, NC programs, performance graphs, real-time monitoring of production, energy consumption, etc.
  • New maintenance and failure prevention tools, alarm log, and visual recovery and review guides.
  • ATC monitoring tools (presence, grip failure, position deviation, etc. - no external sensors needed.
  • Overload monitoring and prediction, visual alarm log, maintenance notices.
