FUJI's TOUGH PLASMA Ultra High Density Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Unit Series FPF/FPB is an advanced oxigen plasma technology for surface treatment which generates high density oxigen radicals that increases the hydrophilic properties of a surface and breaks down and removes organic matter. Increasing this surface property improves the bonding capacities of coating materials such as adhesives, paints, resins, seals or surface treatments. Plasma surface treatment has a wide range of applications such as adhering, coating, cleaning, surface preprocessing, and dry cleaning, improving product and process quality and therefore, productivity.
