AMANO Mist collectors use several technologies to provide the right solution for your needs. Mist collector lines include:
MZ Series: Compact and powerful, the MZ line has a low profile, easy maintenance without tools and low energy consumption.
MJ Series: Cyclonic model with minimum maintenance. The no need to change filters allows it to operate continuously for long periods of time. Video <here>
MC-45 Series: Medium performance collector, ideal for recovering fog of multiple machines in the same line, with a sustained flow of 42m & sup3; / min with a static pressure of 2.75 kPa.
MS Series: High performance collectors for total plant installations. With a flow of up to 400m & sup3; / min it allows all of your machines to be connected to a single collector, reducing the service time to the minimum for your entire plant.
EM series: Electrostatic collectors. They allow the recovery of highly saturated fog (up to 200mg / m3;) either in individual configurations up to 30m3 / min flow, or up to 90m3 / min. Video <here>
The dust collection systems have the necessary variety to solve the different environmental needs of dust and fumes derived from production systems, including in hazardous, volatile or explosive atmospheres due to the accumulation of atomized particles.
