UNION TOOL cutters -UNIMAX Series- have a wide range of diameters of .00.060mm-φ20mm. Especially, a varied line of micro-diameter types (≤mm6 mm) is developed from PCB drill bit manufacturing technology. These high precision cutting tools are produced with the quality control and manufacturing equipment developed internally by UNION TOOL, made of sintered tungsten carbide, with a cobalt binder especially suitable for high speed CNC machining of high hardness materials. series are coated to increase hardness, heat resistance, durability and lubricity. These high added value tools offer a longer tool life to the user and better quality for the finished piece. Customized tool designs are also offered for very specific applications.
