- Carbide Rotary Burrs

 

Carbide material options include solutions for general machining all the way to low-machinability materials, such as stainless steel or heat-resistant alloys to best suit customer needs. Custom-manufacturing services are available. 

- Mounted Grinding Stones Points

 

Consisting of vitrified bonded fused white alumina (WA) or fused ruby alumina (PA) abrasive particles and a high-rigidity stainless steel shank. Suitable for high-hardness steel materials. Manufactured for high quality and performance.

- WA: Low toughness and high hardness / Quenched Steel, HS Steel, Alloy Steel.
- PA: High toughness, long-lasting face / Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel.

- Bond grade: 'super soft' [E,F,G] to 'super hard' [T,U].
- Grit size:  'Coarse' [#16,#36] to 'Super Fine' [#240].

- Electro-plated Burrs

 

Muraki's Electro-plated diamond burrs provide great sharpness and excellent long life. The GD Series "Prockey" synthetic diamond grains are electrodeposited on a high-rigidity stainless-steel shank providing high performance and precision grinding for cemented carbides, ceramics, glass, ferrite, graphite, silicon nitrides, zirconia, and many more materials.
