Easy Driver: Automatic Screwfeeder System for Screwdrivers.

The Easy Driver automatic screw loading system allows an average reduction of 35% or more in assembly time per screw tightening by eliminating the picking and positioning of fasteners in assembly parts. Use all types of screws and heads: metric, standard, self-drilling, self-locking, etc. Screw capacity from 10mm to 60mm Ø. Designed to work with FIAM pneumatic and electronic manual screws or FIAM pneumatic and electronic motors. Equipped with automatic and telescopic advancing heads for close-up or difficult access.

  • Vibratory bowl capacity Ø : 220mm / 420mm (mod. MAXI)
  • PLC programmed control: vibration time, trigger time, optical sensor for filling, start parameters, screw feed, signal tower (optional), output signals (optional), etc.
  • Filter/lubricator with regulator and flow regulator.
  • Status LEDs.
  • Screw shot in closed chamber: lower pressure loss and higher speed.
  • Up to 5m range.
  • Head with automatic advance: allows the screw to be seen to facilitate its positioning.
  • Telescopic head option: allows screwing in deep or difficult to access positions.
