TOM - Tightening Operations Monitoring System

The TOM (Tightening Operations Monitor) system is a "Poka-Yoke" type process verification unit fully designed by FIAM. The TOM system verifies the tightening process in real time, checking its status without operator intervention, guaranteeing the correct performance of the tools. The TOM system checks: number of screws placed, end of cycle, operator or screw errors, number of operations. It allows you to save up to 8 programs and can communicate with the client's PLC system or other devices such as jigs. Never lose a screw again! For screwdrivers and pneumatic tools with automatic shut-off with pneumatic signal, auto-feeding systems and eTensil.
