BD-7VEX Series Die Casting Machines

The BD-V7EX series are high-spec machines with a new integrated control system that are capable to achieve a 100G acceleration. This highly functional machine series is very versatile in order to support the current worldwide diversified die casting demand while improving the finished product's quality.

The BD-V7EX series is the culmination of over half a century of innovation. The 100G acceleration reduces the die-mold filling time thus reducing porosity and flow lines.

Series Features:

  • Slow speed injection flow control valve for higher stability for pressure resistant products and laminar flow die casting.
  • Starting pressure increase control for a more natural casting flow.
  • Shorter pressure increase time suitable for pore-free casting.
  • Improved deceleration performance through a high-speed servo valve.
  • High rigidity mold clamping mechanism of up-to 1000ton clamping force (BD-1000V7EX).
  • New control software SYSTEM700EX with improved functionality, visibility, maintainability (through pop-up alarm window) and a injection circuit display.
