KATO's DBR7-P Series deburring tool holder improves your machining processes further allowing deburring automation directly in your CNC machine (DBT-DBR) or automated robotic line (SME-DBR). The DBR7 Series provides tilting and compression -tension- that allows the bit to smoothly trace the workpiece outline while tilting, compensating dimensional errors such as those found at die-casting. Available shanks for CNC: BT, DBT, HSK
SA SERIES TAPPING TOOL HOLDER: Radial floating tapper holders for collet chucking taps for tapping centers and synchro CNC and lathe machines.
RF Series main lineup:
- RF (BT/STT) : Eccentricity compensation betweeen tap and hole axis for threading die-cast holes - useful for reaming when circularity is more important than position accuracy - reliable torque transmission
- RF-OHC (BT) : same characteristics as the RF but with internal coolant supply.
- ER collets: from Ø3mm to Ø10.5mm
