With more than 90 years of foundation, TEIKOKU CHUCK Corp. gathers almost a century of knowledge and experience in the development of industrial brokers and fastening systems. From 1969, in partnership with North America Woodworth Co. (USA) - now FORKARDT Inc. -, the "Design Power Chuck - SOUL" line is launched, which is the representative bastion of TEIKOKU worldwide.
Having as customers the main Japanese automakers for a long time, TEIKOKU is backed with the confidence of its customers with the safe performance of its products.

MULTI-JAW Series - Multiple Pin Clampling Turning Industrial Chucks

Thin-walled cylindrical work-pieces are easily deformed or deflected even by a small gripping, cutting, or centrifugal force, so they require difficult cutting conditions and many finishing processes. When the Multi Jaw (MUL) type Chuck adopts many clamping points and spiked jaw tips, a small force on each point can provide a strong clamping torque. UBL and Multi-Jaw Combined Chucks are also available for operations as heavy vertical lathe turning or working on pieces like 'brake drums'.

Diaphragm chucks feature high levels of elastic retention precision and a reliable structure that can prevent deterioration of accuracy due to internal wear and chips. For that reason, they are mainly used for high-precision finishing operations, such as the machining of compressors screw mechanisms, and are also used in the body of the gear chuck body.

Constantly innovating, TEIKOKU's PA Chuck line-up offers several different model configurations including unique and proprietary "jaw air detection" technology which deals with common dust-in-jaws problems usually found in production lines.

Power chuck design to meet several kinds of user requirements where rigidity, durability, and superior gripping performance of cast or forged materials with either overhang or draft angles that conventional chucks can't grip. Available either as centralizing UBL (for general chucking) or compensating UBL (for center holes) types. Other options such as long-stroke, large-diameter through-hole, switch-over ON/OFF, or 6-jaw ID/OD chucking are available.
